When I first got a unit, they were very responsive. I have been trying to call and move out for a month. EVERY time I call their number, it goes straight to voicemail. There is no email to contact them and I have even gone up to the place and no one is ever there. I have logged in online numerous times to “move out” and I’m getting emails that my rent … More is overdue. Very frustrating!! If they were just to reach out and respond to me, I would be much more satisfied.Update: finally got in touch and there was a technology issue that has now been resolved. The owner was very friendly and apologized for the issues I faced and straightened everything out!The storage units are easy to access and I experienced no other issues.
